A healthy baby starts with a healthy pregnancy.
The Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP) can help you get the care you need for you and your baby. PCAP offers complete pregnancy care and other health care services to women and teens who live in New York State. The Medicaid Obstetrical and Maternal Services (MOMS) Program provides complete pregnancy services in areas of the state where PCAP health centers are not located. And there's no cost to eligible women who participate in MOMS or PCAP!

Postpartum Support International
If you or someone you know might be experiencing symptoms of prenatal
or postpartum mood or anxiety disorder, know that it is treatable.

Child Health Plus
The Erie county Department of Health operates a Facilitated Enrollment
Program which assists families in the Buffalo area, to complete
and application for enrollment into the Child Health and Family
Health Plus Programs. For more information about these program,
call the Enrollment Specialist Coordinator at 858-6408.
